Amee & Travis: Elm Bank

Amee & Travis got married at Elm Bank, which is the home of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, so you can imagine all the gorgeous gardens surrounding this wedding!  Check out that wall of sunflowers behind the buffet table!

This Indian-American wedding was full of color and texture.  Half of the tables were round with gold tablecloths and one large floral arrangement.  The flowers included hydrangea, stock, freesia, lisianthus, orchids, snapdragons, iris, button poms, football mums and carnations.

The rest were long black rectangle tables with bright turquoise runners and multiple groupings of different sized floral arrangements.  The bride and groom didn't want anything too perfectly round or linear, so we used a variety of flowers to give the arrangements depth.

I loved this lounge area just outside the tent!

And last but not least... the elephant!  The bride and groom wanted to incorporate the elephant, as they are an important icon in of Indian culture, so they came up with this idea for the place card table!

Christine & Tim: Wychmere Beach Club

Christine and Tim wedding took place at the Wychmere Beach Club - another one of my favorite venues (what can I say, I love a water view!).  The Wychmere Beach Club was recently renovated, and I thought it was great before, never mind after it's super stylish reno!  I love this wallpaper!

Christine and Tim had a mix of high and low centerpieces.  The highs were made up of white and green hydrangea, white roses, peonies, dendrobium orchids and curly willow branches.

The low centerpieces were made of hydrangea, roses, calla lilies, lisianthus, and peonies.

I loved Christine's bouquet of mostly purple with white and green accents.  We used stock, peonies, calla lilies, lisianthus, and hydrangea.

The bridesmaid bouquets were mostly white and green with pops of dark purple calla lilies.

Christine's mom carried a small posy bouquet of peonies.

Tim's mom had a calla lily corsage that she was planning to pin onto her clutch purse.

Let's not forget about the guys!  I love how these boutonnieres coordinated together.

 Christine was such a sweet bride, and a pleasure to work with.  I'm so happy for you both!

Lauren & Spencer: Duxbury, MA

Lauren and Spencer's wedding took place just down the street from my house in Duxbury.  When I met with Lauren and Spencer they told me they were having a medieval Renaissance themed wedding, and were looking for whimsical flowers with a fresh-picked style.

 Bride's bouquet of campanulas, larkspur, queen anne's lace, hypericum berries, stock, lisianthus, allium drumsticks and greens.

Because we were looking for flowers with a little quirkiness to them, I was able to use fun things like hybrid delphinium, allium drumsticks and dianthus.  The bride went green by reusing vases family members had received over the years.
