Adriana & Robert: Omni Parker House, Boston, MA

Adriana and Robert had their reception at the Omni Parker House in Boston, MA.  The Omni (although one of the more challenging venues to deliver to) is one of my favorite Boston wedding venues, especially since my sister got married there in October 2011.  Their wedding was featured on the Omni Hotels & Resorts website, photos by Heather Parker Photography.  Not only does the Omni have a stunning ballroom, but the event coordinators and hotel staff are always extremely nice and accommodating.  Adriana actually found me through finding pictures of my sisters wedding bouquet online, which is why their bouquets were quite similar!  Got to love those Picasso calla lilies!

Adriana was so easy to work with.  She had a great idea of the colors and details she wanted to make this such an elegant affair.  Along with the flowers, she incorporated crystal and silver candle holders around the reception space.  Adriana was so sweet to post such a kind review on Wedding Wire, especially so soon after her wedding!

"Allison was a complete dream to work with from the beginning of my wedding planning until the day of the wedding. I planned my wedding from Florida, so there was a lot of email communication, and Allison was always quick to respond. I even had other table decor shipped to her and she brought it to our hotel and set it up. I never even saw our flowers until we walked into the reception room and was totally amazed. She has a great eye for floral design, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!"

Thank you Adriana, and congratulations to you and Robert!

Colleen & Tim: Pinehills Golf Club, Plymouth, MA

Colleen and Tim kicked off my 2013 wedding season with their January wedding at the Pavilion at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA.  Colleen and Tim wanted their wedding to have a vintage, wintery feel.
The bride's bouquet was made up of roses, spray roses, dusty miller, calla lilies, hydrangea, and lisianthus.
The bridesmaids carried a slightly simpler version of the bride's bouquet.
The bar and place card table had small arrangements of roses, freesia, hydrangea, lisianthus and dusty miller.  The centerpieces were made up of white dendrobium orchids submerged in varied height vases with a floating candle on top (picture not shown, but similar to the centerpieces for Kerry & Adam's wedding in 2011).

The Last of the 2012 Weddings

This post is about 4 months late, but I can't start the new year off without finishing up the last couple weddings of 2012.  My second to last wedding on 2012 was for Grace and Jason, who got married in Harvard Square, and had their reception at the Sheraton Commander Hotel.  Grace was such a fun bride to work with!  Here are a few pictures from their wedding last October.

The bride's bouquet was made up of calla lilies, roses, orchids, celosia, pin cushions, hypericum berries and safari sunset greens.
The MOH carried a slightly smaller and simpler version of the bride's bouquet.
The table centerpieces were made up of a mix of high and low arrangements.
The tall arrangements were made up of curly willow branches, calla lilies, and mokara orchids.
The bride found the unique bronze urns used for the low centerpieces.  We filled the urns with a mix of seasonal fruits, flowers and greens, which included, roses, celosia, dahlias, pin cushions, berries, pomegranates, orchids, safari sunset greens and more!
The place card table arrangement was filled with large dahlias, orchids, celosia, safari sunset, and curly willow.

My last wedding of 2012 was Emily & Joseph, who had their reception in the Tirrell Room in Quincy, MA.  The main wedding colors were red wine and gold, but we kept the bride's bouquet on the lighter side with ivory and champagne roses mixed with white ranunculus, accented with gold ribbon.
The bridesmaids carried a mix of roses, spray roses, ranunculus, mums and cremon.
The toss bouquet was made up of a mix of flowers from the bride and bridesmaid bouquets.
The mothers carried posy bouquets of ivory roses with hypericum berries and accent greens.

Meagan & Jason: Popponesset Inn, Cape Cod Wedding

This next wedding was definitely one of my favorites from this year - bold fall colors, beachy accents, and one of my favorite Cape venues!  Meagan is such a sweetheart, and was so fun to work with.  She sent me a few bouquet pictures for inspiration, and the adorable little starfish for the boutonnieres for this beachy fall Cape Cod wedding.  Congrats to Meagan & Jason!
The bride carried a bouquet of sunflowers, orchids, roses, calla lilies, gerbera daisies, and accents of greens and starfish.
The MOH carried sunflowers, orchids, roses, calla lilies, gerbera daisies, and accent greens.
The bridesmaids carried sunflowers, roses, calla lilies, gerbera daisies, and accent greens.
Mother's posy bouquet of calla lilies, hypericum berries and safari sunset greens.
The toss bouquet was made up of roses, dahlias, protea pin cushion and other seasonal flowers and accent greens.

Flower arrangement for the bar area made up of celosia, protea pin cushion, calla lilies, roses, gerbera daisies, sunflowers, and more!
 Starfish and calla lily boutonniere
Altar arrangements for the ceremony were made up of dahlias, celosia, sunflowers, snapdragon, and other seasonal flowers and accents.

Sherri & Scott: Sky Meadow Country Club Wedding

Scott is my cousin, so obviously I was more than happy to do the bouquets and boutonnieres for his and Sherri's wedding!  Scott has always been a caring, family orientated guy, so I know he will be a great husband and dad :)  Sherri is hilarious, always tells it how it is, and has been able to hold her own in the Regan family from day one!  Thank you again for having me as a part of your wedding & best wishes with your soon-to-be new addition!!

The bride's bouquet was made up of roses, ranunculus and Picaso calla lilies.
The bridesmaids carried small posy bouquets of roses and calla lilies.

Coreen & Brian: Granite Links Golf Club Wedding

I am always so excited to hear from recently engaged Bentley alumni, so I was thrilled to be a part of Coreen and Brian's wedding!  Brian and I were in the same orientation group, and he is one of the nicest, sweetest guys you'll ever meet.  I knew Coreen through a mutual friend at Bentley, and although I didn't know her as well as Brian, I absolutely loved working with her and getting to know her better this past year.  I also need to thank  Kate, our mutual friend, for passing my info along - all the way from Texas - to Coreen!

Coreen and Brian wanted to use bright fall colors, like magenta and bright orange, for their October wedding.  They also wanted to incorporate branches and pumpkins to really bring the outside in.  After days and days of rain, Coreen and Brian had a gorgeous wedding day with stunning views of the Boston skyline from Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy, MA.

The bride's bouquet was made up of celosia, orchids, calla lilies, roses, berries, protea pin cushion, dahlias, and safari sunset.
The bridesmaids carried celosia, calla lilies, roses, dahlias, berries and safari sunset.
Half of the centerpieces were low arrangements of celosia, dahlias, protea pin cushion, calla lilies, roses, berries, safari sunset and curly willow branches.  The bride and a few talented helpers made the adorable pumpkin table numbers.

The remaining centerpieces were tall arrangements of curly willow branches with hydrangea and Chinese lantern branches.
